Syngrity conducted a team building workshop which was Experiential Learning in its truest sense – learning through reflection on doing. What sets Syngrity apart is the theatrical laced approach that they bring to their program. And Vikram, being the director of this beautifully scripted play, orchestrates this ‘musical’, if you will, by unifying various well-crafted elements which hit a chord with your ‘inner dialogue.’ His undeniable stage presence and command on his subject is truly impressive.
