Syngrity partnered with Dhruva Advisors to conduct a reflection-based leadership workshop for their Senior Leaders in Mumbai. The objective was to explore the intersection between the personal and leadership brand of the participants and the larger organisational values. We addressed this using a combination of methodologies and interventions, starting with our signature communication piece – Style of Language – to cultivate presence through voice and body, followed by Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) frameworks that helped unpack the Self and our relationships with Others, and Moving Canvases, our art-based intervention that explores organisational values and behaviours.
