Vikram Badhwar

Vikram Badhwar is an experiential educator, positive psychology and executive coach, keynote speaker, musician, martial artist, adventurer, actor, and communications expert. He has been using experiential methods of education since the nascent stages of experiential methodology in India.
He started Syngrity in 2002 and has ever since, built a space in the industry as a Creative Solutions Provider.
He has worked across industries in the last two decades using behavioural and experiential methodologies in the space of Organizational Development, Executive Coaching and building sustainable models of transformation at a personal, team and organisational level. He is deeply involved in addressing the gender communication gap and feels that allyships and community growth may be the way forward.
He also wrote the Warrior’s Path – an experiential inner awareness program that opens participants to alternative thought processes while in extremely arduous landscapes.
He has been training in martial arts and body arts like Alexander Technique and Qi Gong for 25 years and in the last 16 years; his interests have shifted from competition to understanding the ‘circularity of the movements in the human body’ and how martial principles can be used in daily life.
Vikram has also worked for years in training people in voice and style of language. Now he trains people in leadership roles, actors, politicians, voice-over artists, etc. Vikram has been a voice-over artist for over 18 years and often acts on stage, in documentaries and short films.
He also runs a security organisation, 3P Securitas managing over 150 guards. In an otherwise unorganised and corrupt industry like private security, Vikram strives hard to maintain the hard-earned reputation of being an ethical business provider.
Vikram currently holds the chair of National Joint Secretary and Vice Chairman (Ethics and Compliance) at the Central Association of Private Security Industry – the apex body at state and national level for private security in India.
