Over the course of many conversations with clients and partner-organisations, and employees, we have encountered a range of leadership and behavioural issues/ topics that affect organisations across the spectrum. So we have decided to start this byte-sized podcast series called the LEARNING LAB where we explore some of these topics with seasoned L&D/ HR professionals in the field in order to explore how we can unlock our full individual potential, improve the experience of the work we do, enhance the workplace we conduct it in, and cultivate meaningful relationships with the people we work with.

Ep. 01 – Kokoro: The Heart of Stillness – In conversation with Rashid Ansari
